Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the planning and execution of clinical studies at the country level. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring the smooth conduct of trials in line with regulatory guidelines. This role involves strategic collaboration with various teams to enhance trial efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement local strategies for starting and managing clinical studies.
• Ensure studies are conducted on time and within budget, addressing any issues proactively.
• Manage financial resources effectively, optimizing study budgets.
• Facilitate communication among all parties involved in the study to align goals and strategies.
• Maintain high standards of data quality and compliance throughout the study process.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in nursing, biochemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical research and project management.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and digital tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and local languages (French and Dutch).
