Hobson Prior is seeking a Scientist, Lead Investigator for a contract role in Boudry, Switzerland. This position focuses on technical operations and quality control within the engineering and warehouse sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage and assess deviations to determine if investigations are needed.
• Support initial risk assessments for deviations with the Quality Operations team.
• Lead and complete investigations, ensuring timely and effective resolution, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and other departments to ensure thorough investigations.
• Provide detailed reports and updates on investigations at both site and global levels.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical operations, validation, or packaging.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory systems.
• Knowledge of international regulatory standards and best practices.
• Experience with Health Authority inspections is beneficial.
