Make your mark in global health by managing high-impact clinical trials with a leading CRO.

Hobson Prior is seeking a Regional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join a global biopharmaceutical company specializing in oncology and precision medicine. In this role, you will act as a scientific expert, building relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical trial sites, and key opinion leaders in the oncology field, with a focus on breast cancer. You will also support clinical trials and provide educational resources to enhance study performance. This is a remote-based position covering Italy and Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • Share accurate, non-promotional scientific information about study drugs and pipeline compounds with healthcare professionals and clinical trial teams.
  • Build strong relationships with clinical trial investigators, study teams, and key opinion leaders in oncology.
  • Support clinical trial activities, including site initiation visits, investigator meetings, and patient enrollment efforts.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical operations teams and trial sites to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Identify and engage potential trial centers for future studies.
  • Respond to medical and technical inquiries from healthcare professionals.
  • Stay updated on clinical knowledge, published data, and competitive product studies.
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically within the oncology community.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc).
  • Fluency in English and Italian; Greek language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in oncology, particularly solid tumors; breast cancer expertise is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to present complex scientific data clearly and effectively.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and skilled in managing multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), ICH Guidelines, and national codes of practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and hold a valid driver's license.
