Hobson Prior is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join a biotech organization specializing in oncology, with a focus on metastatic breast cancer. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting clinical trials, and sharing scientific insights across Central and Eastern Europe. The position requires significant international travel and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of oncology.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and institutions.
• Act as a key contact between clinical trial sites and internal teams.
• Assist in planning and setting up clinical studies and investigator-initiated trials.
• Represent the organization at scientific conferences and professional meetings.
• Share clinical and scientific insights with internal teams to support strategy development.
• Serve as a scientific expert for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree (e.g., MD, PhD, PharmD).
• Experience in oncology, particularly breast cancer or solid tumors.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, including site engagement and patient recruitment.
• Strong communication skills in English; German proficiency is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 70%.
• Biotech experience is a plus.
