Hobson Prior is seeking an experienced individual for a Quality Assurance position. This role is part of a group of about 30 people who support sterile manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be working closely with the production team, participating in cross-functional discussions and making decisions to ensure the quality of our products. This role requires a good balance of independence and teamwork, logical thinking and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in cross-functional discussions at the production line.
• Make decisions on how production should continue based on the quality aspect.
• Approve protocols from manufacturing.
• Ensure that our products meet set quality requirements.
• Work closely with other support functions such as quality control, microbiology managers, process technology, and maintenance.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in natural science or a related field, including a course in microbiology.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• An interest in technology, systems, and processes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• The ability to see the overall perspective and switch between long and short deadlines.
• A positive and solution-oriented attitude.
