Hobson Prior are looking for a QC Materials Senior Scientist to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Wembley. Our client is focused on producing solutions for severe illnesses in which might be a cure.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be accountable for guaranteeing that any GMP documentation allocated to me is closed in a RFT state and timely manner, this might include Issues, CAPAs, change controls, BMRs and audit/inspection actions.
• Handle the incoming resources qualification and release programme and assist GMP compliant actions for the QC release of product and incoming resources.
• Execute in-house raw material ID testing such as IR/Raman, etc.
• Assist the QC materials team with any other actions when necessary.
• You will set up and supervise the material inspection programme guaranteeing materials are appropriately qualified to produce gene therapy products.
• Be based in the Wembley office and not the lab.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Acquaintance with raw material testing.
• Expertise on GMP/GLP guidelines with demonstrated experience in a GxP setting.
• Educated to a degree level in a Chemistry/Biology.
