• Set up and manage the quality control labs.

• Prepare for inspections and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Manage testing schedules and data integrity.
• Draft and review standard operating procedures.
• Ensure safety and environmental standards are met.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with gene therapy or biologics methods is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical writing skills.
