Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a QC Analytics Team Lead - FTC to join a fantastic biotech organisation on a fixed term contract basis located in Shannon. Our client is focused on the development of solutions that might have the possibility of curing those who suffer from severe illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will be covering for the present team lead who is working on a different project for a year. There is a high chance that this role will go permanent.
• Provide 3 direct reports, offering aid to the team and serving as the main point of contact.
• Assist with the development, qualification, validation and execution of analytical strategies in QC.
• Guarantee that all equipment is in calibration and operation to assist the testing schedule.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a human health or scientific or pertinent work experience within a pharmaceutical or any other regulated organisation that's similar such as biologics.
• Expertise on GMP settings and quality control in a pharmaceutical or any other regulated organisation.
• Competency in a body of information necessary for the job, such as expertise on EU and FDA guidelines, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.
