Hobson Prior is seeking an experienced and driven MSAT Project Manager to lead global cell therapy change implementations from our central reference site. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless process rollouts, successful tech transfers, and ongoing alignment across manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MSAT projects for cell therapy change implementations.
• Develop and manage global project plans and timelines.
• Translate process changes into structured implementation packages for deployment.
• Drive product/process investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, QA, RA, and CMC teams across regions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the global network.

Requirements:

• PhD in life sciences, biotechnology, engineering, or related field (or MSc with equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in the biotech/pharma industry, with a strong focus on cell therapy and tech transfers.
• Solid understanding of GMP and global regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
