Hobson Prior currently have an opportunity for a Project Biostatistician (FSP) to be home-based anywhere in Europe for a Global Biometrics-specialist CRO. As the Project Biostatistician you will provide statistical support and expertise to studies across multiple TAs, with a primary focus on Phases III + IV;

Job Responsibilities:

• You will 'lead' the development of Statistical Analysis Plans and study protocols, plus contribute towards study design discussions and sample size calculations in client meetings.
• Accountable to contribute to the review of CRFs, analysis datasets and TFL specifications.
• You will 'lead' external vendor project teams to conduct statistical analyses and interpret the statistical results.
• Lead the communication channels with the vendor project teams regarding outsourced project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

• PhD (pref) or MSc in Biostatistics, Mathematics or a related topic
• A minimum of 7+ years' experience as a Statistician within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or CRO industry (experience at an FSP is preferable)
• Experience in a 'CRO oversight' or management role, including managing external relationships with study teams and vendors.
• Experience in a 'people management' role within Statistics is required.
• Experience in Oncology studies would be a plus, but is not a required.
