Hobson Prior is seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer with a strong background in Mathematics or Statistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAS programming and knowledge of CDISC (SDTM and ADaM). This role will involve creating and validating statistical reports, developing SAS macros, and providing training to less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and write specifications for data models.
• Create programming outputs to produce accurate reports.
• Develop macros to validate statistical reports.
• Develop macros to check the clinical database.
• Document study data in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Programming group's procedures.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with SAS programming.
• Knowledge of CDISC (SDTM and ADaM).
• Familiarity with a variety of therapy areas.
• Experience in managing elements of projects.
• Experience in providing training and mentoring to colleagues.
