Hobson Prior is seeking a skilled Statistical Programmer to lead a dynamic team dedicated to improving lives through innovative treatments. In this role, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge medicines by creating and managing data outputs, supporting data analysis, and collaborating with external partners. Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain datasets, tables, figures, and listings for clinical studies.
• Review and understand programming documents, such as statistical analysis plans and mock outputs.
• Develop, document, and validate SAS programs and macros for study-related tasks.
• Participate in quality checks and validation of analysis outputs from external providers.
• Support the creation of data repositories and pooling of multiple studies for analysis.
• Assist in developing tools for data visualization, exploration, and modeling activities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAS programming, with experience in clinical studies and CDISC standards.
• Familiarity with other programming languages like R or Python is a plus.
• Basic understanding of statistical methods used in clinical trials.
• Knowledge of clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC) and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH-GCP).
• Experience working in a collaborative, outsourced environment with external service providers.
