Hobson Prior are looking for a Principal Biostatistician to join a world-wide pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis in the Netherlands. Our client specialises in developing novel vaccines to tackle pandemic threats and diseases all over the world.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will represent as the SME and Lead Biostatistician for providing statistical scientific consulting to the planning, execution and reporting of clinical trials, regulatory submission strategy and related documents: SAP, Protocol, CSRs, integrated summaries, and responses to Health Authority questions.
• Generate and/or verify sample size calculations and randomization schemes.
• Complete QC checks of the statistical analyses and SAS programs, including providing guidance to Statistical Programmers on SDTM, ADaM and TLFs specifications development and programming.
• Supervise the collaboration with external vendors including CROs and external consultants.

Requirements:

• PhD (preferred) or MSc Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics or related.
• Extensive experience within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech sectors.
• Knowledge of CDISC (SDTM + ADaM).
• Understanding of study design and regulatory requirements.
• You will have excellent project management skills.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in a cross functional environment.
