Medical Physicist

Hobson Prior is seeking a Medical Physicist for a leading biotechnology company to be based in Oxford on a permanent basis. Our client is offering an excellent opportunity for an industry experienced Medial Physicist to influence a mid-size organisation and grow the function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Application of Physics in Medicine including radiation dosimetry, nuclear medicine, diagnostic radiology, radiotherapy and/or physiological measurement.
• Work together with internal stakeholders.
• Specifying, planning and providing expertise on technical issues.
• Present to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.

Key Skills:

• Willingness to travel where required.
• Ability work in a global matrix organisation and in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is a must; any other language is an asset.
• Previous line management and supervision experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified as a Medical Doctor.
• Prior experience of the Pharmaceutical Industry (Sponsor or CRO).
• Previous experience working as a Medical Physicist.
