Proclinical is seeking an Indication Lead for Medical Engagement Excellence to support international markets in oncology and hematology. In this role, you will act as a strategic leader within the medical matrix organization, bridging global medical strategies with effective field execution. You will play a key role in ensuring healthcare professionals are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to improve patient outcomes. This position requires collaboration across global and regional teams to drive medical engagement excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to global medical strategic planning by providing insights and representing field medical teams.
  • Ensure alignment and execution of medical strategies relevant to field medical objectives for assigned therapeutic areas, assets, and indications.
  • Partner with global medical teams to communicate scientific narratives and develop medical communication topics.
  • Optimize medical insights collection, analysis, and reporting through high-functioning global teams.
  • Develop and implement field medical strategies, resources, and training plans for prioritized data disclosures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely development of high-quality materials for external engagement.
  • Lead congress support activities, including session coverage and medical booth coordination.
  • Act as a key contact for study support, ensuring effective execution of regional field medical activities.
  • Drive compliance with internal policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing and alignment across therapeutic areas and markets.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Background in medical or scientific fields.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with knowledge of disease-state areas being advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills within a matrixed, multicultural organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize data and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the medical environment and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies for large-scale medical communication and training.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
