Marketing Manager UK & Senior International Brand Manager

Hobson Prior are seeking for a Marketing Manager UK & Senior International Brand Manager to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Weybridge. Our client is focused on supplying remedies mainly used in rescues such as emergency rooms or ICUs, treating those who have limited options.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will guide, train and assist with the development of direct report.
• Organise UK materials through medical approval and ABPI compliance certification.
• The ideal candidate will raise and process purchase orders for marketing purchases to meet company protocols.
• You will track and record expenditure against formed budgets.
• Responsible for outlining, presenting and defending brand pans and affiliated budgets to management.
• Contribute to team meetings across the franchise and cross-functionally guide sub-teams.
• Arrange and guide international marketing/commercial advisory boards when suitable.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a business field such as marketing or similar.
• Comprehension of compliance, pharmaceutical guidelines and procedures with an ethical approach to business.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a marketing role within a pharmaceutical organisation.
• Acquaintance with developing and executing market access programmes would be ideal.
• Ability to accomplish results via people.
• A committed individual with loyalty towards the organisation.
