Manager, Trial Supplies Management (remote-based)

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Manager, Trial Supplies Management to join a fantastic pharmaceutical establishment on a contract basis inside IR35 with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the UK. Our client is focused on finding, developing, and distributing novel remedies that assist patients in overcoming over serious illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be accountable for recognising and assisting methods for consistent improvement, both divisional and/or inter-divisional.
• Handle conflicts/problems with both internal and external associates and clients.
• Author divisional procedural documents when suitable.
• You will serve as the main point of contact for clinical supplies on allocated compound and affiliated studies, guiding communications concerning international supply strategy with study team when suitable.
• The ideal candidate will enter product complaints and aberrations in suitable system and works with PDQ for investigation and resolution.
• Assist with affiliated actions stemming from change controls.
• Cooperate with compliant, plan eTMF, CSR appendices and batch listings to assist with inspection promptness actions.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Familiarity working within a pharma organisation.
• Acquaintance with clinical supplies/development internationally.
• Combination of education and experience would be ideal.
• Know-how of the international drug development process and international regulatory needs.
• Know-how of forecasting and planning as well as linked fields such as manufacturing, packaging & labelling, IVRS, logistics, quality, stability, etc.
• Know-how of import/export needs as well as of IVRS and CTMS systems.
• Knowledge of industry technology.
• Capable of forming/driving internal team consensus.
