Hobson Prior is seeking a Lead Scientist for Analytical Development. This role is pivotal within the company, focusing on the analytical method development and transfer for release, stability, and characterisation for ADC. The successful candidate will also be responsible for characterisation for non-clinical and clinical material for IND enabling and forced degradation studies. This role requires a dedicated professional who can respond to agency requests and provide regulatory documentation support.

Key Responsibilities

• For this role, you will spearhead the development and transfer of analytical methods for ADC release, stability and characterization.
• Responsible for characterizing both non-clinical and clinical materials for IND enabling.
• Conduct rigorous forced degradation studies to provide insights for formulation and manufacturing approaches.
• Provide assistance in preparing regulatory documentation, for submissions to regulatory authorities, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines and standards.
• Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, promptly addressing inquiries and providing accurate and transparent information to facilitate smooth regulatory process and compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience of leading and managing projects successfully.
• Demonstrated involvement in technology advancement initiatives, including the implementation of novel technologies transferable from research to GMP manufacturing stage.
• Proficient and experience in the development and characterization of analytical methods.
• Familiarity with spectroscopy, Mass spectrometry, cellular biology and others.
