Hobson Prior is seeking a Hematology Clinical Account Manager who will be responsible for representing our products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals within a specific geographic area. The successful candidate will actively promote the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals in accordance with all Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Representing our products and services to a defined customer base.
• Generating and growing sales and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals within a specific geographic area.
• Actively promoting the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals.
• Developing and implementing a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
• Conducting weekly analysis of territory sales data to help prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting of physicians.
• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and competitor products in their therapeutic area, and an in-depth knowledge of the disease states.

Requirements

• Experience in dedicated hospital selling in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
• Knowledge of single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary.
• Hematology/Oral Oncology experience with a demonstrated history of high sales performance.
• Familiarity with the Cleveland territory and established relationships with Cleveland Clinics.
