Hobson Prior is seeking a Healthcare Partner to join a rheumatology team. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals in designated regions. A focus of this role will be on discussing the company's innovative therapies with established specialists and clinics. The successful candidate will conduct face-to-face visits as well as online meetings to advise customers and coordinate the medical field service team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and expand long-term relationships with healthcare partners in rheumatology.
• Achieve sales targets and grow the product portfolio in the territory.
• Regularly maintain and adhere to communication plan.
• Use all available channels and materials to create a unique customer journey for clients in the area.
• Use agile working methods and all available analysis tools.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Training as a pharmaceutical sales representative.
• Good communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• Experience in agile working methods.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
