Global CTA (remote-based)

Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Global CTA to join a fantastic pharmaceutical establishment on permanent basis with the ability to work from anywhere within Europe, ideally located in the Netherlands or Belgium. Our client is focused on producing healthier societies.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be responsible for keeping track of the drug responsibility in local depots and raise problems promptly to management where needed.
• Ensure that urgent requests are directly pick-up, by the G-CTA itself or by raising to the GTL/TM.
• To guarantee availability of all central project documents, you will uphold internal project specific study sites.
• You will attend study management team meetings for each project and uphold documentation from meetings.
• Keep the trial in compliance with local regulatory needs by coordinating and guaranteeing IEC/HA sanctions where suitable.
• When required, you will mediate with external service providers (ESO) as well as contract research organisations (CRO).
• Support the management of project budgets and associate spend, reconciliation of invoices, final budget, etc.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work in an energetic setting.
• Capable of prioritising workload with the ability to change them with the requirements of the company.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level or similar in a health or science discipline.
• Able to manage time efficiently.
• Capable of working independently.
• Previous involvement in a clinical research role within a pharmaceutical organisation or a CRO.
• Computer literacy in suitable softwares and company systems.
• Fluency in the English language.
