Hobson Prior is seeking an S&OP Manager to join a biologics-focused organization in Amsterdam on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in managing supply and demand planning, production scheduling, and long-term forecasting to support operational and strategic goals. This position requires strong analytical skills, collaboration across teams, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and transform forecasts from various teams into material and demand plans.
• Monitor changes in methods and products to update planning processes.
• Maintain and manage the bill of materials framework.
• Develop and execute supply plans based on demand, ensuring inventory strategies align with EU and US needs.
• Collaborate with regional teams to create production schedules for kits.
• Align operational plans with financial objectives through close collaboration with finance teams.
• Conduct long-term planning to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives.
• Track and improve forecast accuracy by analyzing activity levels and refining models.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in supply chain management, business, or a related field (advanced qualifications or certifications are a plus).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and material planning.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable plans.
• Experience with financial reporting and planning tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
