Hobson Prior are looking for a Director of Clinical Operations to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Eysins. Our client is focused on producing remedies and technologies for various uses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be accountable for planning, arranging supervising and performing multifaceted international clinical trials in one or more therapeutic fields.
• Responsible for CAPA linked to clinical programs within the field of clinical operations.
• The ideal candidate will serve as a line manager to clinical operations staff.
• Work with others in an international setting, using best practices and know-how of both internal and external business concerns to improve procedures, standards and services.
• Plan clinical program updates and/or partake in them when required.
• You will assist the head of clinical operations in forming and supervising best clinical operations practices.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level in a life science discipline such as biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals or medical background.
• At least 10 years of experience in a clinical research establishment, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a clinical trial management role.
• Proficient in management duties.
• Comprehension of GxP and international needs.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Capable of presenting and defending the perspective.
• Computer literacy.
