Customer Support Specialist

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a rapidly growing international company where you will have an exciting opportunity to become a part of a dynamic company joining world class clinicians, scientists, IT professionals, sales and business managers. This position will be on a permanent basis in Boston.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be the first point of contact for physicians, patients and clients.
• Communicate with patients and doctors regarding test ordered and collect required information.
• Cooperate as main interface in the company for reimbursement with Accounts Receivable, Customer Support and Verification of Benefits process.
• Work with verification of benefits provider to ensure timely pricing for patients.
• Document sample/case related information in LIMS system.
• Follow up with patients to return specimen collection kits.
• You will work closely with the logistics coordinator.
• Demonstrate to clients the additional value from the organisation's services and genetic diagnostics.
• Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate area.

• Ability to communicate clearly and in a polite, friendly and professional manner in all contacts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field.
• A minimum of 2+ years relevant work experience in a Laboratory environment.
• Experience Working with Benefits Providers Beneficial.
• Hands-on experience as a clinical care provide & liaison between patient and HCPs beneficial.
• Experienced in CRM and MS office.
