Hobson Prior are currently looking for a CTA to join a fantastic biotech establishment on a permanent basis located in Oxford. Our client is focused on supplying novel, well differentiated diagnostics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will set-up and handle all necessary and assisted clinical study documentation within the eTMF as well as paper trial master file if needed.
• Support the clinical operations team with producing purchase numbers and overall set-up and tracking of study contracts and budgets within BED financial software such as Accenture SAP.
• You will serve as the main point of contact for all questions on the designated eTMF(S).
• Assist with the allocated studies by upholding adequate tracking of study specific documentation.
• The ideal candidate will support the CTM in replying to any internal audit discoveries, as well as with putting CDAs in place for sites and suppliers.
• As the CTA, you will assist the clinical operations team with setting up webcasts, TCs or any other meeting formats, take minutes for internal project team meetings as well as any other meetings necessary.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Requirements:
• Educated to a degree level in a life science or health discipline such as nursing, pharmacy, or health science.
• Pertinent familiarity in clinical research within a pharmaceutical or clinical practice organisation in a trial/study coordinator role.
• Acquaintance working within a matrix setting.
• Knowledge on present ICH/GCP regulations.
• Prior involvement with Familiarity with Accenture SAP would be a bonus.
