Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Contract Management Lead to join a brilliant pharmaceutical corporation on a contract basis. Our client is focused on producing healthier societies.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will evaluate prospects to improve procedures around contract management and will engage with crucial senior shareholders to impact on their uptake within the company.
• Form relationships with the leadership team and contract owners, as well as with procurement to guarantee that the company benefits of contract management are recognised.
• Accountable for guiding the development and execution of further contract management abilities.
• The ideal candidate will offer contract management knowledge and guidance to all the companies commercial organisations within the UK, linking to supplier contracts under the governance of the contract management CoE.
• Assist management with the contract lifecycle for a set of crucial contracts and develop contract management ability within the company.
• Serve as the main point of responsibility for the distribution of contract management CoE actions.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in any field.
• Acquaintance with independently working in a supplier contract management role, ideally within a healthcare organisation.
• Past involvement working in a significant commercial contract role with exposure to the development of tools, templates and techniques as well as the development of business abilities.
• Know-how of pertinent legislation and organisation codes such as ABPI codes.
