Hobson Prior is seeking a Patient Registry Representative to support the collection, verification, and management of patient data. In this role, you will ensure accurate data entry, respond to inquiries, and assist with process improvements. This position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Collect missing patient information from hospital staff and doctor offices.
• Review and evaluate patient data to determine if further action is needed.
• Verify data entered by peers for accuracy.
• Sort and organize incoming mail by date.
• Print and mail patient ID cards.
• Respond to basic questions about the patient registry.
• Participate in projects and suggest process improvements for review.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to type accurately at 55 words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of confidentiality regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional and tactful communication style.

Compensation:

• $20 to $23 per hour
