Hobson Prior is collaborating with a health technology organization to find a Consultant specializing in SRL Analysis for a permanent position. The successful candidate will lead systematic literature review proposals and presentations, as well as manage and train junior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and presentation of systematic literature review proposals.
• Guide and oversee junior staff in conducting and ensuring the quality of systematic literature reviews.
• Manage a team of 2-3 analysts and contribute to their professional development.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in leading project teams, including managing staff.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences.
• Practical experience with Network meta-analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
