Responsibilities:

• Work with teams to provide biomarker data and visualizations for clinical trials.
• Analyse diverse data types, including genomic, proteomic, and clinical trial data.
• Develop and apply bioinformatics tools and pipelines for high-throughput data analysis.
• Integrate and harmonize internal and public datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Enhance data storage and processing systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Contribute to research publications and regulatory documents.
• Stay updated on the latest bioinformatics techniques and technologies.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, and Bash.
• Experience analyzing large datasets, including RNA-seq, WGS, and WES data.
• Familiarity with databases like TCGA, ClinVar, and electronic health records.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of oncology and molecular biology is highly valued.
• Experience working in a GCP-compliant environment or with clinical trial data is a plus.
