Hobson prior are currently looking for a Clinical Trail Manager to join a fantastic biotech corporation on a permanent basis located in London. Our client is focused on developing as well as commercialising innovative oncology therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, when suitable, you will handle study-specific suppliers.
• Contribute to and assist in reply to quality assurance and/or regulatory authority inspection audits.
• Offer direction and training to the associate clinical trial manager and clinical trial assistant.
• Assist the clinical trial lead with the development, management and tracking of trial level budget which involves forecast and yearly budget evaluations.
• You will serve as the main point of contact for all site-connected problems and procedural queries.
• Coordinate and chair trial sub teams within the scope of assigned tasks.
• Guarantee that the electronic trial master file is upheld suitably during the trial, which involves periodic evaluations.
• Outlook the data review plan, guaranteeing clinical trial data is cleaned to warrant scientific brilliance.
• Partake in operational brilliance via process improvement and sharing knowledge.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a pertinence field, ideally a scientific one.
• At least 2 - 3 years as an associate CTM, and at least 3 - 4 years as a CTM in clinical research within a sponsor organisation.
• Oncology acquaintance.
• Comprehension of clinical development within one or more phases of trials such as phases I, II, and III.
• A scientific learning agility to swiftly develop knowledge of the therapeutic area.
• Works well under minimal supervision to handle multiple tasks affiliated with various clinical studies rendering to allocated projects.
• Comprehension of biological principles in oncology.
• Know-how of ICH/GCP.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
