Clinical Trial Management Associate

Hobson Prior have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Trial Manager to join a thriving research-based pharmaceutical company. This position will be focusing on the Oncology therapy area.
Job Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support in site selection, study implementation and ongoing coordination of study sites.
• Support global trial managers with set-up of central labs and study vendors.
• Carry out visits (PSSVs, SIVs, RMVs) alongside CRO CRAs to ensure correct study procedures according to SOPs and protocol.
• Communicates and collaborates with other functional groups across the business.
• Undertakes other administrative duties as requested.

Key Skills:

• Outstanding and professional verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills are required.
• Understanding of routine medical/scientific terminology.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn custom software where required.
• Knowledge of FDA and/or EMEA Regulations, ICH Guidelines, and GCPs governing the conduct of clinical trials is desirable.
• Proficiency to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work simultaneously on several tasks with tight timelines.
• Capability to travel on occasion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
• At least 2 years' experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with knowledge relevant to clinical trials.
• Previous oncology experience would be advantageous.
