Hobson Prior are looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join a fantastic, data-driven CRO on a basis located in Italy with remote-working available. Our client is focused on support our clients in developing therapeutics for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Clinical Operations in preparation of study budget and proposal.
• Delivery of the clinical aspects of assigned clinical trial project.
• Participate to BID Defense meetings and support commercial team.
• Monitor project status, budget expenditures, identifies problems and recommends solutions.
• Act as liaison between the project team and the sponsor/customers and service providers.
• Mentor junior Clinical Project Managers.
• Support the implementation of Clinical Operations procedures and suggest improvements.
• Participate to scientific meetings, symposia, conferences if required.

• Ability to effectively prioritise activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or similar health field.
• +10 years of clinical trial experience within a similar CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
• Advanced English level.
• Ability to use clinical trial management systems, clinical trial databases and electronic data capture.
• Experience in managing budget, clients and proposal preferred (not mandatory).
• Experience with medical device studies preferred (not mandatory).
• Experience in writing technical documents (such as Informed Consent, Study Plan, Study Monitoring Plan, clinical protocols, etc.).
• Understanding and knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and resource utilisation.
