Hobson Prior is seeking a Chief Quality Officer. This role involves overseeing the quality of products and services, ensuring they meet all predetermined specifications. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing compliance and risk, maintaining relationships with clients and regulatory agencies, and managing resources and innovation within the quality department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a quality roadmap and strategy.
• Promote a culture of quality across the organization.
• Ensure all products and services meet their specifications.
• Develop and oversee a compliance risk management program.
• Manage relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Support regulatory submissions and oversee regulatory inspections.
• Ensure resources are available to support quality, regulatory, and compliance objectives.
• Incorporate innovation into quality processes.
• Manage the quality department's budget.

Requirements

• Experience in leadership roles within the biopharmaceutical industry, including quality, regulatory affairs, compliance, operations, and/or R&D.
• Executive-level experience.
• Strong understanding of life science operations and business practices, from R&D through the product lifecycle.
• Knowledge of international regulatory compliance requirements.
• Fluency in English.
