Business System Analyst SAP SD Order-to-Invoice

Hobson Prior are seeking for a Business System Analyst SAP SD Order-to-Invoice to join a fantastic biotech corporation on a contract basis located in Pratteln. Our client is focused on finding, developing and commercialising novel remedies to aid mor people.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will be responsible for management of the system release procedure which involves vendor management, arrangement of validation actions with development and implementation of testing.
• Handle the configuration or development of new system functionalities based on validated user needs.
• Supply assistance and service which involves analysis of prospects rendering to the IT method and architecture.
• The ideal candidate will ensure compliance to CSV needs if pertinent, IT policies and standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for system linked issues working alongside the IT teams and software vendor n alterations fixes as well as updates.
• Produce system linked QS documentation such as SOPs, WISs, etc, in compliance with pertinent policies and standards
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a computer science, information systems or similar field would be ideal.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with at least 4 of those years working within a pharmaceutical organisation.
• At least 3 years of experience within the sales business area, planning and handling IT systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in process and configuration within SAP S4 in the SD module, MM would be advantageous.
• Comprehension of international trade compliance features and influences throughout the supply chain and respective master data needs.
• Familiarity within offering end user training as well as developing training documentation and eLearning modules.
• Expertise in systems management and administration.
• Acquaintance in handling software as a service such as SaaS.
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in French and/or German would be beneficial to the role.
