Key Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to develop and execute strategic IT plans.
• Experience in managing projects and portfolios.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IT operations and workflow processes.
• Basic German language skills required; advanced skills preferred.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent field.
