Hobson Prior are looking for a Business IT Project Manager to join a world-wide pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland. Our client focuses on providing pioneering medical solutions to improve the quality of people's lives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivers project management support for the digital lab initiative in analytical research & development (ARD) within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements.
• Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
• Coordinates and directs the activities of business project team members, i.e. system owners, business process subject matter experts, and interacts with counterparts in development IT.
• Maintains and tracks project plans to ensure timely delivery on tasks and milestones.
• Supports the ARD Global Lead "New technologies and Continuous Improvement" in managing the innovation, digital and simplification activities in ARD, e.g. maintaining and tracking the project portfolio and ideation tool, coordinating communication events.
• Tasks may include all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning).
• You will regularly interact with management.
• Accountable for global and cross-functional teams.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources.
• Expertise in running medium to large scale projects.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS powerpoint and MS Excel skills.

Requirements:

• Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures.
• Experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices.
• Business process development best practices change management.
• Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management.
