Hobson Prior are seeking for a Bank Analyst to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Brussels. Our client is focused on improving the lives of many.

This is a 4-month contract initially for a specific project.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will supervise and implement the payment flows to third parties that are initiated by the affiliates.
• Oversee the critical payments.
• The ideal candidate will follow-up on bank inquiries and collaborate with the bank's customer services.
• Assist the affiliates by facilitating the payment issuance in the internal cut off time.
• Responsible for analysing returns and rejects linked to payment on behalf of payments and discuss with concerned affiliated facilitating them to unclear the vendor and make the suitable actions to reissue the payment.
• You will reconcile bank flows and bank balances for the outlined perimeter.
• Discuss with the liquidity management team on flows influencing the day-to-day cash position of the business.
• Manage KPI's reporting.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Familiarity working in a Bank Analyst role.
• Willing to travel for business needs to the Brussels office on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
