Associate Global Trial Director (AGTD)

Hobson Prior are currently seeking for an Associate Global Trial Director to join a fantastic pharmaceutical establishment on a contract basis located in Visp. Our client is focused on developing ground-breaking remedies to aid with unmet medical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will monitor all operational features of clinical trials end-to-end, which involves the planning, implementation and comprehension of clinical trials research, data gathering actions and clinical operations.
• Accomplish oversight of budget and resource allocation within allocated trial.
• The ideal candidate will drive operational brilliant through process improvement and sharing expertise across trials in program/franchise.
• Facilitate an empowered corporation that can navigate in a matrix setting and adjust quickly to business requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for raising issues to resolve trial management operational concerns in allocated trial.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Able to resolve issues.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in operational and managerial tasks such as planning, implementing, documenting international clinical trials within a pharmaceutical organisation or a CRO.
• Works well independently within a multifaceted matrix setting which involves remote or virtual team setting.
• Acquaintance with developing efficient working relationships with both internal and external shareholders.
• Demonstrated ability to handle resources such as budget and headcount.
• Expertise on ICH/Good Clinical Practice, clinical trial design and international drug development process.
• Know-how of pertinent therapeutic area(s) would be ideal.
