Hobson Prior is currently seeking an Associate Director of Statistics for a leading global immunology pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects across a variety of indications within clinical development.

Key Responsibilities

• For this role, you will Spearhead initiatives spanning diverse medical conditions in clinical development.
• Offer statistical expertise and scientific guidance for initiatives.
• Draft statistical components of clinical development strategies, studies, and submission endeavors.
• Guide and support team members throughout project execution.
• Uphold adherence to SOPs and organizational standards within project teams.
• Strategize and monitor project timelines, tasks, and resource distribution.
• Address unexpected spikes in project demands.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and fellow statistical project leaders.

Requirements

• Hold a Doctorate in statistics or related field, with demonstratable experience in clinical development.
• Ability to demonstrate competence in conducting advance statistical analyses utilizing SAS or R.
• Proficient in project management and effective communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
