Hobson Prior are working with a clinical-stage oncology organisation who focus on drugs that can extend a patient's lifespan and improve their quality of life. Our client is currently seeking a Associate Clinical Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Berkshire.


Job Responsibilities:

  • You will support the project management and oversight of global clinical trials & essential document management.
  • Vendor management (including set up, tracking and issue resolution over the life of the study).
  • Maintains study level storyboard for critical timeline oversight.
  • Provides trial status tracking and progress update reports to project manager.
  • Tracking and collation of study data and metrics utilizing multiple clinical systems.
  • Reviews ad-hoc clinical listings review, tracks and trends violations and deviations, site status, enrolment, CRF status and SAE follow up.
  • Evaluates PI oversight (e.g., protocol adherence), subject safety and study processes to assess site's ability to conduct study on a regular basis.
  • Conducts remote investigations into site performance using a risk-based monitoring approach: applying root cause analysis (RCA), critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help identify site process failure and work on corrective/preventive actions to bring the site into compliance and decrease risk.
  • Develops and maintain effective relationships with internal and external study team.
  • Ensures compliance with company SOPs.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time and work independently.
  • Analytical mind with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • BSc - Bio/Medical Science.
  • Proficient in use of web-based IT systems and MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Word.
  • An experienced LCRA or strong coordinator is admirable.
  • Fluent English.
