Hobson Prior are currently looking for an Advanced Bioprocessing Scientist to join a brilliant biotech organisation on a permanent basis. Out client is focused on developing solutions that might possibly be a cure for those who are suffering from severe illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will drive own development and training of bioprocessing scientists aligned with the training plan.
• Guarantee that own work complied with GMP, data integrity and GDP and is assumed rendering to suitable processes.
• Assure that own training is assumed before the task is to be completed in a timely and GMP compliant manner.
• You will guarantee that any GMP documentation allocated complies with the company's processes which involves health & safety and GMP is closed in a RFT and timely manner.
• Conduct manufacturing actions in various unit operations, adhering to all GMP instructions and good practices to manufacture the necessary products.
• Accountable for recognising, reporting and investigating concerns as well as training others on investigations.
• The ideal candidate will recognise, report and investigate, where suitable, safety risks and near misses.
• Recognise, cooperate and deliver continuous improvements within the manufacturing area to improve safety, quality and flow.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a scientific or engineering field.
• Familiarity within pharmaceutical product manufacture, ideally for biologics and aseptic manufacture.
• Consciousness of MGP.
• Proficiency in various areas of the business bioprocessing and solid performance in handling quality events.
