Hobson Prior is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a multinational pharmaceutical organisation based in Switzerland. This role requires fluency in German and will be on a contract basis for three years. The successful candidate will be responsible for various warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all warehouse and distribution activities in accordance with requirements and corresponding procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace.
• Document all executed activities in a GMP compliant manner, both in electronic systems (SAPs) and on paper-based documentation.
• Report any quality events or deviations to the Manager or deputy.
• Be prepared to describe processes and answer questions regarding the assigned area of responsibility during internal/external inspections.
• Meet quantity, quality and timelines of all assigned tasks.
• Be willing to work in a pharmaceutical production environment.

Requirements

Degree as Logistics associate.

Previous experience in pharmaceutical environments is highly preferred.

Fluency in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
