Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a VP CMC to join a fantastic biotech organisation on a permanent basis located in Framingham. Our client is focused on revolutionising remedies for treating cancer.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will guide and form management routines and performance metrics for manufacturing operations and COG reduction projects.
• You will plan functional ability and capacity growth when required, assist with individual expansion and guarantee the development of the teams.
• Accountable for completing manufacturing operations and CMC milestones, forming goals and review of personnel performance.
• To feed into the quality management program, you will form KPIs and suitable process/production supervising.
• The ideal candidate will execute and guarantee compliance with health and safety standards within the manufacturing and process development areas.
• Offer routine updates on manufacturing operations and CMC to the COO and any other senior management.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree or advanced degree level in a relevant scientific discipline.
• At least 15+ years of experience in pertinent positions within a biotechnology or pharmaceutical organisation.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a site or functional leadership role within a GMP biopharma manufacturing setting.
• At least 5+ years of experience of successfully managing commercial GMP biopharma manufacturing would be ideal.
