Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Validation Specialist to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis. Our client is focused on novelty and speciality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will manage investigation and compliant resolution of non-conformances encountered throughout requalification, revalidation and periodic evaluation actions.
• Partake in a risk-based validation approach through contributing to risk assessment utilising QRM principles and tools, for example: FMEA, HAZOP etc., to guarantee risks are suitably recognised and recorded.
• Recognise and execute constant improvement initiative to guarantee lean way of working.
• Outline, implement and report qualification, re-qualification and validation studies to form and uphold the qualified/validated status of range of status of facilities, utilities, equipment and processes.
• Serve as an SME for the validation actions as outlined by the qualification and calibration manager.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Validation & Qualification equipment and utilities.
• Acquaintance working within a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical setting.
• Prior involvement working in an international matrixed organisation with various shareholder management.
• Educated to a degree level in a scientific engineering field.
