Hobson Prior is seeking a dynamic and experienced Validation Lead. This role will focus on managing a team of Validation Engineers and overseeing validation activities across the site. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the validation master plan and participating in internal and external audits. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with various teams, including production, quality control, and R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• For this role you will, manage a team of Validation Engineers and contribute to team growth due to company expansion.
• Oversee cleaning validation and other validation activities across the site, delegating tasks as necessary.
• Manage the validation master plan, ensuring all activities are updated efficiently.
• Participate in internal and external regulatory and customer audits.
• Collaborate closely with neighboring functions including production, quality control, and R&D teams.
• Oversee quality activities across validation.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience in validation, particularly within cleaning validation.
• Proven experience managing teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry in a CGMP manufacturing environment.
