Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Technical Transfer Project Manager to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Stuttgart. Our client is focused on wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will guide the cross-functional project team and supervise the project progression.
• Responsible for setting up the project plan in collaboration with the project teams and factories.
• Examine the receiving sites in terms of adequate production abilities, quality level and knowledge required to take over the transferred products.
• Assist with projects with technical manufacturing know-how dependently on the product form.
• Ensure that the transferred products accomplish the necessary quality level.
• You will develop and assist good working relationships in teams and manufacturers.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a chemistry or pharmacy field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience with food supplement, cosmetics or a pharmaceutical organisation which includes production familiarity or quality assurance.
• Know-how of manufacturing procedures of numerous galenic forms such as solid forms, emulsions, liquids, etc.
• Project management abilities.
• Know-how of project management toolkits.
• Comprehension of legal needs in food supplements/cosmetics.
• Willing to travel for business needs on a global scale.
• Fluency in the German and English languages.
