Hobson Prior is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a biotechnology company. The role involves providing technical assistance for various systems used in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, particularly SAP and other GMP systems. The successful candidate will work with different teams to understand and address their needs related to these systems.

Responsibilities:

• Offer immediate technical support for SAP and other systems used in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and solve system issues quickly and efficiently.
• Work with different teams to understand and address their needs related to the ERP systems.
• Represent the users during regular system maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and effective use of the ERP systems.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in technical support or system administration roles, with a focus on SAP and GMP systems within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP modules.
• Experience with other GMP-compliant systems and understanding of GMP regulations and requirements.
