Hobson Prior are looking for a Technical Project Manager - MSAT to join a top Pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis in Hertfordshire. Our client is focused on ensuring their products are available to patients all over the world. This role will provide operational leadership and management of a technology transfer from one external partner to an external CDMO partner.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will manage the operational technology transfer activities at a CDMO for long term commercial manufacturing of a biologic product.
• Coordinate solution resolution, and input into to any unforeseen events by engaging with the correct stake holders to effectively resolve problems as they occur.
• Drive and maintain project progression with external and internal stake holders.
• Drive and influence decisions, considering different departmental requirements.
• Coordinate, control and disseminate the flow of information to and from third parties and to internal stake holders.
• Maintain and track actions, financials, projected activities and requests across both internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to develop solutions to technical and organisational issues to improve performance and productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum, associate degree in a science related field, preferably in a life science discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years commercial industry experience gained in a pharmaceutical related field with exposure to biological products.
• Demonstrable proficiency using industry standard project management tools and techniques.
• CMC specific knowledge and an understanding of manufacturing, process development, quality control and quality assurance related to biologics and or biosimilars.
• Experience in technology transfer of GMP biologics manufacturing processes for commercial supply.
• Experience in managing and leading third-party manufacturing and testing partners.
• An understanding of process validation and the regulatory challenges required for the manufacture of commercial products.
