In this role, you will oversee the supply chain operations within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with international teams to maintain a steady supply of products and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety and environmental standards are met in all areas of responsibility.
• Manage EU supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, and order management.
• Work with global teams and service providers to ensure product availability.
• Align supply chain activities with organizational requirements and legal regulations.
• Lead governance processes for product management and quality compliance.
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes and performance.
• Foster a culture of open communication and continuous learning within the team.
• Ensure compliance with financial and operational procedures.
• Develop training plans and promote skill development opportunities for the team.
• Engage in site leadership and strategy development activities.

• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
