Hobson Prior is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to ensure that clinical trial medications are delivered on time, in the right quantity, and at the right quality for patients participating in global clinical studies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the supply chain for clinical studies to ensure timely delivery of trial medications.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain open communication with internal and external partners to address study design requirements and changes.
• Oversee inventory management, including rework, recalls, shelf-life extensions, and stock disposal.
• Use specialized systems to manage demand and supply planning for clinical trials.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the quality or delivery of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and handle deviations, complaints, and change controls.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders across a global network.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in a scientific or supply chain-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, forecasting, and risk management.
• Experience managing projects and influencing customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills across diverse teams and cultures.
• Proficiency in IT systems and the ability to adapt to multiple bespoke platforms.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
